Terms of Service
Last updated: July 21, 2026
1. Who we are
GreetScreen is a software service operated by Dossou Operating Group LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as Profixo ("GreetScreen," "we," "us"). GreetScreen provides welcome screens, WiFi lead capture, digital guidebooks, guest store and off-grid power monitoring tools for short term rental hosts.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when you create an account. You are responsible for your login credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscription and billing
GreetScreen is a paid subscription. You can choose a monthly or annual plan. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel from your billing page. Charges for a completed billing period are not refundable except as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy or as required by law.
We may change pricing. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price applies to your next renewal. You can cancel any time before the renewal if you don't want to continue at the new price.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use GreetScreen for anything illegal, harmful, or deceptive.
- Upload malware, attempt to break our security, or overload the service.
- Send unsolicited marketing to guests who did not opt in.
- Resell or white-label the platform without our written agreement.
5. Your content and media uploads
You keep ownership of everything you upload, including property photos, background video, background music, guidebook text, guest store items, reservation data and guest contact details ("Host Content").
You are responsible for having the right to use every piece of Host Content you upload. This matters for background video and background music in particular: only upload media you own, media you have a license to use, or media that is genuinely royalty free for commercial use. You agree not to upload copyrighted movies, TV shows, commercial music tracks, or any other media you don't have permission to display or play publicly to your guests.
You grant GreetScreen a limited license to store, process, and display Host Content solely to operate the service for you and your guests. We do not sell your Host Content.
6. Third-party services and hardware
GreetScreen works with third-party services and hardware that we do not control, including but not limited to Fully Kiosk Browser, Amazon Fire TV and other TV hardware, EcoFlow devices and other power equipment, Stripe for payments, and email delivery providers. We don't make any promises about those services or devices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
7. Guest data
When guests submit their name, email, or phone through your WiFi capture, that data belongs to you as the host. You are the controller of that data and are responsible for complying with the marketing, consent, and privacy laws that apply to you (including US state privacy laws, TCPA and CAN-SPAM where relevant). We act as your processor. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Service availability
We work hard to keep GreetScreen up, but we do not guarantee any specific uptime. The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may need to perform maintenance, and third-party outages (hosting, payment, email) can affect the service.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, GreetScreen and Dossou Operating Group LLC disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to GreetScreen is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that led to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.
10. Termination
You can cancel any time from your billing page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially violate these terms, if we are required to by law, or if your account remains delinquent. On termination, your public screens stop rendering guest content.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
